□ The Seoul Metropolitan Government will fully renew the "Ttareungyi App" in line with the popularization of public bicycle ttareungi and open it on the 15th (Monday). It has reorganized the entire app, such as payment, login, loading, and information provision, to the level of launching new apps such as setting the user's eye level and establishing three new foreign language services.
□ In addition to ID and password input, various methods such as pattern recognition, fingerprint recognition, and simple number are introduced for login, and pre-payment method registration function is added so that payment can be made quickly whenever credit card or pay is registered.
□ Maps also evolve from web pages to smartphone-optimized maps, making touch and movement smoother. Directions from current location to rental shops will also be introduced. You can also see bike paths and drinking water stations. Three foreign language (English, Chinese, and Japanese) services have also been established. You can also check the weather and fine dust levels, which are important information for riders, on the app.
□ The Seoul Metropolitan Government said it has firmly established its position as a popular public bicycle with more than one out of four Seoulites joining, especially as it has settled down as a non-face-to-face transportation system in the Corona era.
○ Since the city introduced Ttareungi in September 2015, the number of downloads of the Ttareungi app has reached 4.57 million and 2.8 million members. The cumulative number of use cases exceeded 60 million.

○ In order to meet this demand, the Seoul Metropolitan Government plans to add 3,000 Sprout Ttareungs this year to operate a total of 40,500 units.
