The three local governments proposed two measures in the letter.

Currently, construction of Line A began in December 2018 and construction is in full swing, and in the case of Line D, Gyeonggi Province proposed to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in September last year to reflect it in the "4th National Railway Network Construction Plan."
