□ The 2021 Yeouido Spring Flower Festival will be held with limited viewing, but as Yeouido (the back road of the National Assembly building) is closed for a day from 2021.331.(Wed) to 4.12.(Monday), the Seoul Metropolitan Government has come up with measures such as temporary buses near the controlled section.
